Thank you for this one as well! As a Senior DeMolay, Chevalier and now a Sir Knight, I appreciate the deeper history of DeMolay and the Templars presented here.

It is bitter irony indeed, that the 'Poor Soldiers' were undone by the greed of others for their wealth.

Regarding the conflicting accounts of de Molay's death, particularly the legend of his curse on King Philip IV and Pope Clement V, it is said that the curse was not only on the king but also on his descendants ( and it seems that his whole family suffered after the death of the king) and the curse on Pope Clement V was not only on him, but also on his church... In the descriptions of the time, it is said that Molay, before the fire was kindled, he asked to be bound facing the Cathedral of Notre Dame.... Pope Clement died in April of the same year, and the king died in November, but shortly afterwards his children also died; left without descendants, the Capetian dynasty actually collapsed... In April 2019, Notre Dame Cathedral burned like a burning pyre, fulfilling as it were - centuries later, the curse of De Molay!

Please don’t do stupid left/right audio gimmicks. Stick to quality, not goofy soundboarding.
