I accept that a complex theory such as Gestalt is difficult to put into 7 minutes I am sorry you were so disappointed in the video, particularly with the content, as no on else who has viewed it (Over two and half thousand) has commented in such a negative way.
I recognise that I made it for the general public, (as my welcome video says) who may wish to have a lay man's perspective and not understand some therapeutic or psychological terms.
