I think this was very informative and helpful! I am going to start with a new therapist and she said she uses Gestalt therapy and I wanted to know more. This definitely helped to bring out some things that I didn’t even realize and help me understand the process better. Thank you for making this I am sure it will help others and educate many who are learning to help others.

Thank yo so much for this. I really appreciated this refresher of material I'd studied previously and have used in the past when working as a relationship counsellor.
