Good-Could you please get this on a larger scale to housholds with children. They hang up on us when we are trying to verify an appointment for a service their parents seek out. They do not care and have a bad attititude. I have tried to educate them and they hang up on me again when I call back and ask for the name on my screen. They look at their caller id box and the name of who calls and the date and let it dictate to them what to say to us. I feel they are beyond help-dont give a crap.

You need to tell this to kids who are home when businesses call to confirm appointments like I do. They hang up on us when we say to the kid tell your mom and dad they have this appointment on this day. There later on will not be the jails to hold these later bratty adults who just do not give a damn. We are not calling because we want to we have to. Are you going to hang up on everyone who calls your house no matter what. What is your aumnt sue had died are you going to hang up on that person?

Good-This needs to go out to all households with kids for free. They will hear the name of who I am looking for and bang the phone down. Kids do not treat me as I want to be treated at all and have a real bad attitude. They will also say UUUGGH and bang the phone down. I called back one and asked them what if they had to go to work and call households to verify their appoiintments and he told me he would never have to work ever and plans to not have to and be supported financially by others.
