A lot of these seem like pages right out of the Art of War, if a bit condensed an simplified for the average audience. It was interesting. I have read the Art of War three times now, and I learn something new each time.

all do respect. You missed out on the one really big point that you kind of explained but by reading the comments it was not clear... If you want to get what you want you have to ask for more than what you want or need, then after negotiating for the price you don't really want (the higher price) or whatever you might want ...ask for the price you really want as your final offer and let you let them think they want. I don't know if that helped but if I'm putting it into short terms, ask for more than what you want and as a final offer, ask for what you really want and let them think they won.
