This happens with every hood in every restaurant. Every place I've ever worked had filters that were sharp. You don't clean these by hand lol

The quality of manufacturing is so bad. Avoid this brand. My power controller went out after three years. The replacement is almost impossible without injury. The interior is cheap crumbling plastic. Don’t do it.
