So u see most of these are basic science to me cause I learned them in 11th & 12th(from science stream PCMB) N I'm glad I did. Cause I notice how people really have no idea about the basic stuff n they should definitely get acknowledged with those, I realized that some of my knowledge is actually helping me a lot in my day-to-day life.

Everything is you said is okay but blending fruits (not juicing it which only takes off pure liquid content, using mixer isn't juicing but more of a blending process) does not significantly destroy their vitamin content, especially if the smoothies or blended juices are consumed relatively quickly after preparation. While there may be minor losses of some nutrients due to oxidation and light exposure, the overall impact is minimal compared to the benefits of consuming fruits in any form. To maximize nutrient intake, include a variety of fruits in your diet, both in whole and blended forms, and consume them soon after preparation.

Regarding the dietary fiber, blending does not remove dietary fiber from fruits and vegetables, but it changes the structure of the fiber. Blending breaks down the physical structure of the fruit, which can affect the fiber's ability to add bulk to stools in the digestive tract. This means that while the fiber content remains the same by measurement, its functionality in promoting bowel health and regularity may be slightly reduced compared to eating whole fruits. That slight reduction is okay as long as you're making a blend mix of multiple juices making it delicious and a fullfilling meal.

Ofc don't drink it all at once, when you blend it, its viscous enough to drink it slowly while the saliva thing kicking in

There are a bunch of nutrients, vitamins, and fiber in home made fruit juice. A bit of moderation is okay. I just finished a juice fast. And there is nothing easier to digest than raw fruits and veggies. They have the enzymes.. It has bio-electrical current. And that's what the human body is. Bio-electrical hydro machine.
