You're the goat of maths teachers on YT. Thank you so much.

When you put all the values in the graph on the calculator do you include 0? Say it was X ~ B (20, 0.4) would I go from 0 to 20 or 1 to 20 because when I do 0 to 20 (so there is 21 values in the graph) I am always one number too large but when I get rid of 0 so there is 20 values in the graph (1 to 20) I get the same as you

You know for the stats questions where they give you some data and tell you to find quartiles, or the mean and standard deviation, do you need to write the formulae down and show substitution to get all the marks or can you just put everything into your calculator and put the answer down?

When doing a two-tail hypothesis test using this method, is it necessary to work out the critical region at both ends? Is writing out the full critical region needed to obtain full marks?

Thank you for the video! Is it necessary to know both finding the critical regions and using the p value for two tail test or is it ok if I only know the method of finding the critical region. Thanks in advance

Is it always less than or equal to for the lower end and greater than or equal to for the upper end?

In some mark schemes, for the critical value on the top end, they take the answer which is closest 0.025 as the critical region rather than the value which is less than 0.025. when do we differentiate between these two methods?

My book says this in a worked example: X-B(40, 0.25) Find the critical regions at 2% sig level for two tail test. Then it has P(X>=19) = 0.0017, and P(X>=18) = 0.0116. Then it says the critical region is 18 and above (for the upper tail), even though 0.0116 is greater than 1%, the book says since it is closest to 0.01, you still take it to be in the critical region. Is this true?

What do you do if a question asks to to find percentage error in normal approximation to binomial distribution?

Thanks for the video. But in the exam, do we get statistical tables? Thanks

What is the difference between this method and the method from O2-06?

Isn't it better to write 13<=X<=3 instead of listing out all the numbers
