You can use cold pressed olive oil to relieve constipation. 1/2 hour before breakfast, take 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil in the morning on an empty stomach, then drink 2 glasses of lukewarm water.

I use Jamaican black castor oil. I don't know about wrinkle help, but it makes my hair very happy. My skin and hair are always so dry, and apparently I have no oils of my own. My skin also appreciates it whether it makes anything better, I can't say.

I have very dry and irritated eyes from being an information addict, glued to the tablet screen. I used all kinds of eye drops from the pharmacy but they work for only an hour or so. And I am absolutely appalled by the price of the stuff: over 1000€ per liter!!! Are they insane? Big pharma at its best.🤬
So I did some research as how to make your own eye drops. It’s doable, but nothing for me.
I accidentally came across a video that talked about using castor oil for that. So I checked that out on different sites.
Since I am already using castor oil - Jamaican black - for my hair, I decided to give it a try.
And lo and behold: RELIEF! It works awesome! 1 drop in each eye before bed and sometimes a drop during the day. So this works for a longer period and is TONS cheaper!!!
I recommend it! I’m 68 years old, my eyes feel great and I will never buy the crap from big pharma ever again.

Castir Oil in a compress ( keeps it from messing up clothes or bed) on any tumors cysts or lumps even cancer ones are said to dissolve them. Over time. Oils take some time to work.
