Man thank u Big Ben Roethlisberger, that was just truly amazing, 18 years playing with the Pittsburgh Steelers, what hes managed to done for this team, bringing 2 NFL SuperBowl titles, hopefully it’s not the last time Ben will be in the playoffs, now they just need to get some help in Week 18

As a Ravens fan it's sad to see him retire. I will miss playing him twice a year. Win or lose those games were intense and whoever won those games earned it. To me this felt like when Ray Lewis and Ed Reed played their last home game together in the 2012 Wild Card Game against the Colts. After that game was over and those 2 took a lap around M&T I started crying. Its the same feeling for Steelers fans. He was the man that brought a 2nd glory age to the Steel City. Big Ben turned that team from a unit that couldn't win the big one into a 2 time Super Bowl Champion in his tenure. Not to mention this was likely the final game with Heinz Field as the naming rights to their stadium which makes this even more emotional. I will be honest, I would be honored to see the Steelers beat us next week at M&T Bank Stadium, and the Jaguars to beat the Colts so that Pittsburgh can have one more chance to send him out on top. Farewell Ben, thank you for giving us 18 years of a competitive and respected rivalry.

*Ben Roethlisberger there have been MANY TIMES that you have showed US as Steelers Fans your HEART but for me it was vs the Browns in December 2011. When I saw the leg injury at the end of the second half where it looked SO BAD almost to the point of a season or career ending injury I was crushed!!! But then I saw you come back on the field ready to play after halftime I cried like a baby & INSTANTLY KNEW that you were one of the GREATEST Steeler's QB's in HISTORY to EVER put on a Steelers Uniform PERIOD!!! Thank You Ben for giving US as Steelers Fans some of the GREATEST Years of OUR lives watching and cheering for YOU and the BLACK & GOLD!!! Steelers Nation 4 Life!!! We Bleed Black & Gold!!!*

As a Browns fan (I know, I know.) I got a little emotional seeing his final home game. 18 years of seeing him destroy my Brown's, I would say I was lucky enough to see Brady, Manning, Brees, and Roethlisberger play for a long time. Tons of respect for Cowher and Tomlin and Big Ben. Steelers define real football.

Amazing. Everyone's gone through their own trials and tribulations, even BB, but to see the home crowd show him love, despite all, is very special. And what a treat to see the Manning Bros. with AR12 in-the-mix, having bested BB in SB45 -- was really hoping to see an SB45 reunion in upcoming SB56, but who knows, perhaps the Jags will beat the Colts? The post-game stadium walk BB took to greet the fans was tearful. As a result, I cannot see AR12 ever leaving Green Bay, where he, too, has spent his entire career. Two SB Rings, Mr. Roethlisberger! There's a bus ride to Canton waiting for you. AR12, unless your D[efense] falls apart, I expect you to join BB with two rings, as well, upon winning SB56.

Im a Packers Fan, but this still is amazing to see, what a player and great, youngest player to win a Super Bowl, pretty crazy at 23 to do this.

I didn't care too much for Big Ben but being I'm 29 this guy is kind of the last of QBs to live my era. I grew up in middle school and high school watching Tom, Philip Rivers, Big Ben, drew Brees, Donovan mcnabb, both the Mannings and even Carson palmer all in their prime. You could throw A Rod in there (he might be the last one). It just kind of marks an end to an era for me. Salute to you Big Ben!

Even though being a browns fan is painful. This is the one time I wanted to see the Steelers win a game. I give respect to big Ben and deserves a win at home for his final. If the browns had been in a possible chance for a playoff spot then I wouldnt cheer for them but being knocked out I rather see Ben win his last home game.
