What Was The Most Powerful Superweapon in Star Wars? That's the question I answer in today's Star Wars short video!

I'm a fan of the Star Forge built by the Infinite Empire. It could produce an entire fleet of warships in a fraction of the time anyone else could build.

The Sun Crusher had an original design and name at least, unlike the Starkiller base. Anyway, the problem with the material written before the prequels is that the lack of a well constructed universe at that time supposed that many authors had to take a lot of risks in their works, which provoked both good stuff (like the Thrawn trilogy) and awful stuff (like the Jedi Prince books)

My mind went to star forge, it’s literally something that can repair itself and creator EVERYTHING and ANYTHING basically instantly, mass fleets, armies of HK units and so on.

The Sun Crusher was insanely powerful, but Centerpoint Station was no slouch, either. For underrated superweapons, however, I have to bring up Naga Sadow's meditation sphere. The Galaxy Gun and the World Devastators round out my top five, with an honorable mention going to the Muur Talisman, because biological weapons should count too, and the Muur Talisman actually grants control over those turned by the Rakgoul Plague, unlike most such engineered diseases in the Star Wars universe.

Star Forge. The ability to throw together star ships and combat droids that are fully functional and combat capable so quickly give it an immediate edge, couple that with the fact that it's hidden and that even a millennia old Republic didn't know of or was aware of its existence, and you have one of the most powerful weapons in the galaxy at your disposal.

Fun fact: The sun crusher once was accidentally shot by the first Death Star during a weapons test for the Death Star laser.
Although the shot only partially hit the ship, it survived the shot at full power without even a scratch.

The sun crusher is one of the most ridiculous thing to ever come out of legends and I hate it because it is so stupidly powerful. Now don’t get me wrong, Star Wars has some insane super weapons to be sure, but most of them always have some kind of weakness/ they are rather large which makes their power kind of acceptable. I can buy that an enormous structure can destroy a planet/multiple planets/stars etc. The sun crusher though? Completely fucking indestructible and it’s so small and fast that even htting it anyway is near impossible, and it’s proton torpedos can blow up stars. And your telling me that when the empire made this incredible weapon the first time they didn’t try and mass produce it or at least use it during the war? So yeah, the sun crusher is the most powerful and dumbest super weapon in Star Wars.

It's a shame how everyone blames Kyp Durron (who used the Sun Crusher) for Carida's destruction, when the real culprit here is the Imperial jerk who lied to Kyp about his brother Zeth's death. If he had told the truth, Kyp would have been reunited with his brother and millions of lives would have been saved.

I mean, the Death Star 2 could recharge it turbo laser in 2 minutes, and if fully constructed, and if a portable shied generator could be made, that thing would have been nearly unstoppable. But Lando and Wedge blew that thing to dust, killing thousands of innocent construction worker just trying to complete the Death Star.
