Honestly that would be so cool, and it wouldn't be that weird, Cause like, the TD crew probably knows at this point Dawn is a very popular character. And "Scary Girl" for some reason has no name...as if it's supposed to be secret...

I enjoy this theory.

But real talk, though - all images used were fanmade and made Scary Girl appear even more like Dawn than canon Scary Girl on purpose to fit the theory.
Also, wouldn't be the first time they reused parts of character designs. Crimson has literally the entire body of Amy/Sammy, except "gothed". Tyler's body was used for several interns. Mickey and Jay are Cameron, just edited to be his prototype design. Dakota has Heather's lips, Staci has Leshawna's. And many, many others. None of them were previous contestants in disguise.

Plus, it's likely that several years have passed in-universe. Unless she has some growth deficiency, I highly doubt Dawn could pretend to be a teenager anymore. Scott also isn't a part of the cast, so who exactly would the revenge be against? Just Chris and Chef?

As much as I like this. It's just that alot of the character designs this season were just mashups and reused body-parts and figures.

I like this theory it’s just that I don’t think Dawn would wear something like Scary Girl’s outfit. And Dawn has a connection with animals, but Scary Girl doesn’t. And dawns voice is a bit higher.

I would hate dawn be scary girl tbh, dawn is one of my fav characters and her personality is amazing, scary girl is amazing too, but they’re just too different to be the same person. Dawn is the calm one while scary girl is like izzy. I wouldn’t like dawn change her personality cuz that’s just weird

Another thing that supports this theory is that Lauren (Scary Girl) was the 4th person eliminated from the show just like Dawn. The voice, thee eye color, the body similarities, & the mystical interaction with the world matches up very much. Lightning calling her “Creepy Girl” might have also given her an idea to become who she was in Season 8.

They have different skin tone, and their head shape is different, oh and dawn's ear looks more like an elf's and scary girl's ear is normal, and plus dawn isn't even vengeful, we know we all want her back but I can't see why she would come back to total drama island
