There are discount AD's that sell watches like Tissot, Baum et Mercier, Rado, etc. Some of the lower level watches, with full warranty. There is one I go to, got a Tissot for 70% off. They are a AD that also sources overstock from other AD's and sources, like the grey market dealers, but do it with the permission of the company so they keep their AD status.

You can most definitely negotiate price with an AD, depending on the demand for the particular watch.

It’s of little help to admonish watch buyers, especially those new to the market, not to buy from sketchy grey market sources if buyers can’t differentiate between reputable dealers and bad dealers.
