Bibimbap (Korean rice bowl w/veggies) -
Ingredients:
Beef-
1 lb thin cut beef
2 TB soy sauce
1 TB sugar
1 TB Ottogi sesame oil
1 TB rice vinegar
1 green onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 ts Ottogi sesame seeds
Bowl-
4 cups cooked rice
1 carrot, cut into matchsticks and sautéed
10 oz spinach, blanched and seasoned with minced garlic, salt and sesame oil
1 cucumber, sliced, salted and blotted dry
Green onions, chopped
Eggs, cooked to your liking
Ottogi Bibim Sauce
Instructions:
Beef-
Combine all ingredients and marinate while you prepare the veggies
Sauté 2-3 minutes over high heat
Bowl-
Add rice to a bowl
Top with veggies, beef, egg and sauce
Garnish with green onions
Enjoy!
