It was an incredible weekend hosting Radio 2000 and Reggie Philander in the Midlands, KwaZulu-Natal. It wasn't hard to see how truly special this area is!

On one of our activities we visited the Nelson Mandela Capture Site.
Captured on the 5th of August 1962, just outside of Howick, Nelson Madela would then spend the next 27 years of his life in prison.
The Nelson Mandela Capture Site is a place of commemoration and tribute to the hero and legend we still celebrate today.
With a digitalized museum, showcasing visual tributes, the life & history of Mandela, as well as an Internationally famous steel structure forming the face of Mandela, this site is truly one of our provinces prized possessions.
If you’re a connoisseur of nice things, then Chocolate Heaven is definitely a place you need to visit.
Allowing you to taste different types of treats, dipped in chocolate, from sweet to savoury, there is something for every palette.
The best experiences are those that tickle the pallet… especially with chocolate!
Looking for some adventure? Karkloof Canopy Tours is built in a spectacular valley of the misbelt podacarpus Karkloof Forest, zipline through 10 slides over a 2-hour tour.
A fun adventure that is safe for people between the ages of 6 and 80+! The birdlife and views are absolutely incredible and so worth it!
Spend a couple of minutes relaxing on the platforms while your guides enthusiastically explain the ecology of the forest below & around you.
