Funny story is if you ask for Siracha in Thailand, where it’s originally made, you’d get a sauce that’s completely different. Thai Siracha is mostly sweet, with just a hint of spice, almost like a slightly spicy version of ketchup.

I have about half a bottle of this very sauce in my refrigerator. This bottle lasts me a year or longer. Simply because you only need 2 drops for a whole pot of chili or whatever you put it in !
