Good video, been fighting with my machine today, took pump off cleaned it out was half a swamp in there, was confident I'd fixed it, put it back together E03 popped up again, knew as the pump was clean it had to be higher up, the big pipe that connects the drum to the pump was clogged on both sides of the plastic ball, turns out the wife had washed the doormat and all the bristles had clogged the machine. I've saved a few bob, cheers mate

Tks mate for the upload, as my machine was the same but with a rubber backing from a bathroom bath math that had disintegrate in the machine, but by looking at your vid I was able to sorted it out & finish the washing off but I will make sure that the drain is cleared after the wash again, thanks 👍

That's exactly what's happened to mine! after drilling in screws to see if it turned somehow, it was machine upside down just like your video. Thanks for showing me I wasn't going mad trying to get 😄that thing off.

Thank you for a great video. Guess who will be trying that in the morning. Our filter was OK apart from the odd coin, so I cleaned it and replaced it but it still wont drain. Pump off tomorrow. Have a great new year and thanks again.

Thanks dude, 5 mins cleaning out that damn filter and no more E03. I saved £380 on a Samsung washer I nearly pulled the trigger on last nite.. Now if only I could stop it beeping constantly at me in 5 mins hehe..

Thanks for the video, I ordered a new filter just to make it easier on myself, £32. It took me 15 minutes to take the old one out and install new one . I5 found £13 in the old filter which was great.

Literally could have just pulled the black piece out with a pair of needle nose pliers and reconnected it with the white twist cap after removing the blockage. Just did this with mine.

E03 error… the filter is cleaned perfectly according to the instructions… after draining the water and the machine is empty of water…. the error appears again... I don't know anymore ;(

So my water pump and housing are brand new and replaced a few days ago as I was thinking this was the issue. Still the water is not draining. Its definitely a circuit issue I'm sure. Any ideas?

Hi there I'm just asking if you can help me out with my hover dynamic washing machine it is having trouble draining and spinning even if I put it on a drain and spin myself it still won't work I have cleaned the filter and the drainage pipe under the sink and it's still not doing it can you please recommend anything I can do about it cheers hun x
