Might be a bit of hopium, but there's a laugh at 1:33 that sounds like a tease to Wicked Witch. It could also just be Stripe's laugh although I couldn't find a voice clip from him that sounded exact. The frame also moves away with a bubbling effect like something is simmering in a cauldron.

Nubia is such a weird pick for a stand alone character given how few DC characters there are in the game at the moment. Like I get she was originally going to be a Wonder Woman skin, and then she got expanded into being her own character that I guess will share some similarities with Wonder Woman, but Nubia is the kind of obscure character you throw out there when you’ve got a least ten DC characters people are really into. She’s also not fun obscure, she’s not some cool weirdo characters like Animal-Vegetable-Mineral Man who is also obscure but also so weird that it would be cool and interesting to see him there. Instead Nubia is the kind of boring obscure pick where you just kind of think that for the developers own sake that she better be releasing alongside the Powerpuff Girls; like Nubia does seem like a pick that’ll work if there’s any amount of time between she comes out and the next character comes out.

You didnt talk about the freddy kruger reference in the "end the nightmare" message. Its the excat same style as the movie poster text.

The "it's 12:00. Do you know where your Mogwai is?" gag is a funny reference but could also hint at new Gremlins stuff, at least beyond the new stage. I know a Brain Gremlin skin for Stripe was leaked though it's voicelines, plus we still have the blue-collar worker Stripe skin that was leaked a long time ago, so it's possible this is a hint at some new stuff for Stripe and Gizmo. I don't see them adding a new Gremlin character (not really any to add beyond being a reskin of Gizmo or Stripe), but I could see the launch of the stage bringing a new Gremlin-based event to coincide Halloween, similar to the Scoob-tober event they did.
Raven makes sense this season as a potential third addition given this season seems to be female-hero themed, but I could also see them squeezing in Marceline just because she's perfect for the Halloween season and still sort of fits the theme. The fact she wasn't teased here makes it seem more likely we'll just get the two at the start with Raven midway through/at the end like Beetlejuice, but it's not impossible.

I’m guessing since Nubia is probably an eco fighter, having like half of her moves similar to Diana, it made it easier to produce her to have more releases for this season.

My theory is that Nubia will be the first in the pass and the Powerpuff Girls will be at the end of the pass and Raven will come to the in-game store.

You forgot to mention it but the end this nightmare text could be a possible hint for Krueger coming to the game and my personal theory at the very end of the trailer there is a silver logo on a fiery backdrop so hopefully we will get Scorpion this or next season
