Hey Kairos,
As a Jacky main, I feel the need to add some precisions to Jacky’s Hardy Hat star power

1. The protection actually adds 1050 theoretical hitpoints
2. The 15% damage decrease actually benefits her healing as the amount of health she will gain is also increased by 15 percent, and this applies to power cubes as well (on the contrary to Frank’s sponge star power for instance)

There is more to Jacky's hardy hard hat than what it says. 15% less damage indirectly means ~15% more heal. Think about it. Its a better sponge.

Edit: lots of people are confused about the "more heal" part. I am referring to the teammate heals (ex: poco's da capo). First we need to understand how the shield increases her effective hp without increasing her overall hp. To kill a non starpowered jacky, you have to deal 7000 damage. To kill this starpowered jacky, you have to deal 8232 damage because of the shield. Which means just like kairos said, this starpower gives 1232 additional hp. So now that being explained let's consider the teammate heals (we'll take poco's da capo for easier calculations). A poco with da capo can heal 700hp per attack. It requires 10 attacks to heal a non starpowered jacky from 0 to 100%hp. But a starpowered jacky would also gets healed from 0 to 100% in 10 attacks which means she technically received 8232hp worth of heals in 10 da capo heals (which is just 7000 heals). Thus she heals more.
