PK that was an excellent video. That was very helpful to see conditional formatting on pivot tables. You show so many options like the "apply rules to" section of the formatting tab. I didn't know what those were. Adding the calculated field, with the if statement was awesome too, and easy. Thank you so much PK.

Hi PK. Thx for the tutorial. Looking for your guidance. Do you have a tutorial that counts pívot table colored cells colored by conditional formatting? Tutorials I’ve seen require filtering the table then counting. Or requiring VBA. The best I’ve seen is creating a user defined formula. Thx in advance for your guidance.

I've a scenario, where I stuck mostly in report :--

If we have multiple columns, then when I click selection in slicer then only that particular column and selected option data show in table(remaining columns disappear). Is this possible in excel...if it so, then please help me.

Help I can’t get this answer anywhere!! I have a pivot table that has clients in the rows and then 3 separate columns totaling revenue between 3 different divisions. I need to highlight the clients that are utilized between 2 or more divisions.

I have applied constitutional formatting to a highlight a row in a pivot when I select any cell, but when I refresh I lose the formatting on the value field columns.. would you know why? How can I fix it with VBA?

It does not clarify that any data refresh or filter change will wipe out any formatting. Also does not allow pivot table formatting based on text.
