This is just what I needed. I’ve been having so much doubt in my creativity. I’ve prayed for guidance and clarification. When you said “If you’re feeling called to a certain craft right now, you have to trust that. Don’t get overly attached in trying to control it or control where it’s going to bring you or how the endeavor is going to all play out. That’s not your job, that’s God’s job. Your job is to be open to receiving the things that are meant to come in right now and where they’re meant to take you.” I just froze. I felt the confirmation. Thank you for helping me realize where I want to be with my current state may be what God wants me to use rather than *waiting* for it to become better. I feel super excited and way more confident. Thank you so much. The timing for this video couldn’t have been better. I mean, I think I’m aware of some of these things but choose to disregard it and remain lost. But you’ve shifted my perspective and given me more clarity on how I should approach just doing what I enjoy rn, and trusting whatever comes out of it. I had a chat with my mum on the subject of “finding your thing” a few days ago. She said because we have so many options nowadays, it can prevent us from just starting something and seeing if it’s suited for us. We tend to be reluctant to just trying. Like you said, pressure can also prevent us from enjoying things for leisure because we’re worried about it having to be the end all be all. So this video resonated w me. Keep doing what you’re doing :)

When I was about 8 years old, we had a rock pile in our backyard. Unknown to me, they were all the same type of rock - with the same exact thing inside. Relentlessly, I split them open each day in the summer.

It's what drove me to create my channel (which I've been apprehensive to go all in on). You may have just answered some hard questions for me. I've been loving your vids lately.
