Reminds me of my last playthrough. I was using illusion, conjuration and buff spells to basically beat the whole game using NPCs and mobs. Quests like this and the Bruma gate one were great for a laugh because you can heal the NPCs but you can't heal their equipment so by the time we got to the top of the sigil tower there'd be at least one guy with nothing on punching dremora, another guy swinging a sword with no pants on, etc. I guess the moral is always bring spare clothes to the planes of Oblivion.
