Macrophage

A short film about macrophages. These are specialized cells that patrol the body to protect it against invading bacteria and other pathogens. When they find they swallow & digest them.
The action takes place amongst the villi of the bowel.

The environments were modelled in Zbrush, whilst the animation and rendering were done in Modo. Compositing took place in Hitfilm 3 Pro and Fusion 7.
