I agree with this list excluding Walmart Armin. With how much fatigue he got for the short amount of time he was golden-boy, it's definitely not his strong suit. And tbh I haven't seen him do anything that would be note-worthy in a battle from his mind control antenna.

We haven't seen much of the rest, but I'd say nobunaga and pink-haired threads girl are both easily stronger. Holes-boy just seems like an easy "damage or plug the holes so they make a difference sound" -kinda win

Nobunaga def #3, he is crazy blocking uvogin's attack with just the sheathed blade of his sword. Won against gon in arm wrestling multiple times without fail only losing to being caught off guard, mind you without using any inch of nen.

Hell I will argue kalluto may also be stronger as unlike shalnark who had to go super saiyan against a soldier class chimera ant, kalluto easily dispatched of hers with minor difficulty.
