I have my hair beautifully long and thick because of the wisdom passed down from my grandmother:
1. Applying oil 2 to 3 times weekly in an up and down method while massaging for 10 minutes with litttllextra cocooninon hair oil.
2. Trimming hair every month.
3. Using lukewarm water to make the oils in the hair softer.
