The BMW X6 is a cross between a coupe and a full-size SUV. Based on the popular X5, it sacrifices boot and rear passenger space for more dramatic styling and is even sportier to drive. It's not cheap to buy, but whether you go for fast and economical six-cylinder diesel or either the six or eight-cylinder petrol engines, performance and the prestige that goes along with the BMW badge is guaranteed.

For the people calling it a waste of money and useless, think again. Theres a reason why Mercedes is releasing the GLE and Tesla is releasing the Model X. You'll be surprised to know that the demand for the X6 has risen dramatically therefore Mercedes saw an opportunity and offered the GLE in order to compete against the X6. Bottom line is that, there is a huge market for the X6. I personally love the X6 and the design because its different from other box-shaped cars you see everyday on the road. Its an elegant design and I respect BMW for their creativity.

Many were against the x6's styling. Then Tesla pretty much based every one of their SUV's on it. Now it's cutting edge. LOL. Gotta love the general public's opinion.

This car is a beast even with the weakest engine, I bet 80% if you talking shit about this car are probably dreaming because you will never be able to afford it

Most people who talk badly about this car is because they can't afford it, or have made the mistake of buying an Audi or Range Rover instead. I won't talk badly about Mercedes or Porsche because they are both great cars, just like BMW.

The interior isn't very basic, it looks luxury and sleek. Plain, but classy. If you want to know what separates this from the hearse looking Range Rover or a Q7 for example, is the way this 5000lb car handles the road - better than an Audi sportscar and a million times better than a Range Rover would ever dream of. On top of that, power is more than enough, especially in the 50i.

I won't bring up the X6M because it makes some super cars look like a Toyota Prius in a straight line.

Friends.. I am a proud x6 owner last 1 year. I drove almost all sedan and xuv.. x6 is only 60 % off roader but its sudden acceleration is awesome.. and comfort 100%. if you are not rich you will feel its hunger for fuel and the driving position is extreme.. for those who hate x6 open you eyes and try to feel the x6.. you will never regret.
