I have made your recipe it tastes very nice. I used coconut cream milk instead of the yogurt. I made my own masala seasoning using a combination of spices. I added some chickpeas with the other vegetables to the sauce.
Keep up the good work with your recipes.

I mite just roast the eggplant an serve with the mash lol the mash looks so yum I'd eat it as is

This looks delicious and I’m going to try this. I want to put this out there in case most do not know vegetable oil is highly GMO and is one of the top causes for allergies and promotes cancer cells. Blessings to all. Thank you for sharing this recipe.
