Anna, , I really need a video on how to study when ur sad.
When something happens that makes me cry all night or just whenever I'm upset, the whole day is just ruined and I become not productive at all and my study schedule could be a mess just because of that day I didn't work well in. I need to know how to separate those emotions from my studies.

Awe, Anna congratulations on your engagement. Blessings. Thanks for the tips. I am having much more self control this Semester, I go at my work every day, and I plan ahead. I bought a new planner and it is not working for me, I ended up printing out a semester monthly four page view of the months of September -December and it is in front of my binder. Along with that I have a cute little notebook on which I write down what I have to do today and tomorrow, breaking up readings in two and sticking to this. I am well on my way :-) You really motivated me, more than you know. Thanks.

I haven't been on your channel for while but I'm glad I watched this video because I've started year 10 and it's already not going as planned and is pretty tiring(probably just me) my goal is to steer clear of my bed once I get home and to stop taking lots of sugar(I over do my sugar intake to the max it bad) . My ultimate goal is to stop being lazy and to have more self discipline and control

I have no doubt that willpower is a finite resource. It can be incremented, yes, but once you deplete it, you're done. This is why I recommend everyone to do what's important for you first thing in the morning, which is the sole moment of the day where not only your willpower will be at its peak, but also your energy.
Also, do what's important before your day gets busy.
