Ichigo is 100% stronger than uryu it’s just he wasn’t trying to hurt him, his getsuga jujisho missed on purpose which is why uryu says “you’re so naive” after the attack, saying that he should give up on not attacking uryu, he was also just running around defending himself from the attacks uryu was throwing out, he never once tried to attack uryu, from what I can tell, ichigo can decide how big and powerful his getsuga jujisho is, we’ve seen the attack 3 times, but when he was going against ywach the attack was like 10x bigger than when he used it against uryu or the bambies. Also I do not think ichigo is really hurt at all, uryu could’ve shot straight through his chest like he did with senjumaru, but he didn’t he shot his side, bro definitely did that knowing orihime can heal him, or bro can heal himself idk if he has high speed regen with his new abilities or not.

Let's run this down, Uryu was in Vol Standig, Ichigo has been holding back in all of his fights up to this point to protect his friends. Ichigo is stated to be a transcendent being, it's kind of like what happened to Aizen when Gin attacked him.
