stock 1999 Twin Cam harley with the crappy MM efi I want to replace it with a plug and play ? or do you have some thing that will work..????

You can put pipes and cams and throttle bodies and power commanders and everything else available for a Harley v twin and my fjr, bagger, will still blow it off the road.150 HP 0-60 in under 3 seconds and 160 mph.with sport bike handling off the showroom floor.with luggage.dont know what upgrades are available but it's probably capable of around 200 if you "soup it up" a little.who DON'T have a Harley? that's another reason I'm getting rid of mine.
