If I'm allowed to use a calculator, I just like doing dose I want ÷ what I have x volume.

Example (7.5mg ÷ 2.5mg) x 3ml = 9

Great example. What if you don’t have a calculator to divide when it comes to the 3.75 over 2.5? What would be a simple way of getting the answer 1.5????

My script says to give one vial of 2.5 mg/3ml every 6 hours. Is this standard?
