That's from a video game, "off the grid" it's made by the same people that made some of the older cod games, you can loose limbs and crawl around the map looking for legs, or arms and stuff

It’s from a video game called Off The Grid, it’s an extraction shooter/battle royale. This is basically the loading screen you get before the game starts

People are calling everything AI. This is run of the mill CGI. Somebody shot this footage and replaced parts of it with 3D renders. They WORKED on this. AI takes no effort and looks really obvious.
