Dope as always Josh!! Love the point on respecting others as well as ourselves. Think often times we’re so externally focused/worried about seeking approval, that we forget self care. Vulnerability and stripping off the masks we “protect ourselves” with are critical too which you highlighted. Awesome work my man!!

For me a real man is somebody who looks after his family and provides for their every needs (this includes emotional needs)

Great video, Josh! But l think that defines not only men, but every mentally grown person)

By the way, it would be cool to see a video on How to deal with "creative burnout"? The mood when you suddenly feel like everything you do or create is pointless and useless, and even your main goals seem foolish.

I know that sometimes it strikes even the most motivated and inspired people and It's kinda hard to resist.
Maybe you could give some cool advice:)

Me: yeah but how much? Too much respect can you make you not have a chance with women because they'll put you in the friendzone.

Giving too much respect can make people take control of you.
