Air Dry Dog Food VS Raw Dog Food - ZiwiPeak Interview

Hey Trevor, I learned something new by watching your video. I was not aware Ziwi had bones. I like the fact they are dried at a lower temp and that the Ziwi shank bone is wrapped with a beef esophagus. I will be asking my local natural pet store to stock them and my girl Abby will be getting one once. Thanks for the video!

I am a big fan of ZiwiPeak because like you said you can use it in training. I like to have my dogs work for their daily meals throughout the day and minimize treats in training. This is challenging if you are feeding a raw diet! I supplement my dogs' diet with ZiwiPeak and adjust the amount of my dog's other food accordingly.
1/4 cup of ZiwiPeak is a quarter of my dog's daily serving based on his weight, I pre-portion that and feed him a quarter less of his other food!

You should moisten this food as it is lacking the high moisture content that a raw diet has... also, vitamins and minerals are added back to this food synthetically, meaning, they were lost while dehydrating the food. So reconstituted freeze dried food is actually the closest to "raw without the thaw", not air dried aka dehydrated.
