Dr. Secheult, you’ve been a blessing with your knowledge you selflessly shared. If it weren’t for you and all reliable peer reviewed sources you provided, I would have been lost and confused. I have been following since the Diamond Princess outbreak and shared your post many times. Thank again.

Good job. It says something that somebody can build a large following without relying on performing comedy of using harsh language to insult people. There's just a few of you that have achieved this on YouTube.

Fever is your body doing it’s job.
You should control it if it gets too high, but you should let a low fever do it’s job with no Tylenol.
Open windows and rest.

I cant thank you enough for these videos. I started watching around Feb of 2020, afraid to go to work in my nursing facility (or anywhere, actually, lol). All the good information not only helped me feel safer, but I believe kept myself & my family from getting it, despite me working covid units most of the year. I also shared with the doctors I work with, sharing good info & fighting misinformation is everything right now. Thanks again.

I've been doing hot/cold/hot/cold showers since your original video on it. I can confirm, I'm still alive.

Hi Roger. I have practiced thermal therapy to induce a fever for over a decade on recommendation of my doctor and it has worked well to keep my viral illnesses at bay. Like everything in health science, there are variables. Being physically fit is very important too. I do not know if I would recommend an obese patient with hypertension and viral illness to jump into a very hot bath? But for those with good BP, the young/children. Absolutely! Induce a fever and do not take Tylenol or Aspirin to bring it down unless over 103.5. A fever is healing, no doubt about it.

I'm no fan of Bill Maher, but he's one of the few calling for lowering BMI, and as a doctor, I think you should too.

Every person, everyday, takes a bath in Japan. That water is typically 39-40 degrees C. FWIW.

I remember that! You also mentioned that might've been a reason why people in Nordic countries had such low case numbers.

Anecdote here - I had 102.9F temp for 3-4 days w covid-19 in 7/2020. Took zero fever reducers. Lost half my hair a few months later, but stayed out of hospital and this was with an immune system damaged by mold toxins (I supplemented w D, C, quercetin, NAC etc prior, 57 year old female). I'd read about the hyperthermia phenomenon. I use a portable infrared sauna for detox, so I used that as well to raise my temps.

I am curious what your thoughts are on vaccinated people infecting others. The vaccination does not stop the ability to infect others. Unvaccinated people are being blamed on the rising numbers when it is actually the vaccinated people who are relaxing the mask, social distancing, hand washing, etc.

Thank you for recognizing the value of fever. I remember thinking about that early on when they were telling symptomatic patients to stay home and take Tylenol to reduce fever and wait and see how it goes before seeking any treatment from a healthcare facility. It seemed like reducing the fever unnecessarily was taking away an important component of the natural immune response while no other care was being provided. Perhaps it was because so much of American healthcare centers around providing comfort for somebody when they're sick. We've seen what the overprescribing of painkillers and antibiotics has caused.

You sir are the lone voice that continues to bring forth evidence and not the emotional social narrative that blindly looks the other way when truth is put forth
Thank you and we appreciate it

Would regular high heat sauna use help keep interferon levels high? Basically use it as a prophylactic
