when i was a hardcore online fps player i remember warming up 1h before actually starting playing and doing sometimes aiming training for hours and learning to aim with elbow/shoulder for wider movement but when i quit it for drawing i didn't apply all that and here we are on your video saying the same stuff as for tips for better aim i hope all the hours i put on learning how to aim will help in my art journey

Lol the drawing with the whole arm instead of just your hand is very helpful for me. I have always had this weird little tremor in my hand that makes it really difficult to get nice clean lines. Since I've started using my whole arm to draw, I have improved a lot. Thanks for these videos, they are very well made and helpful for learning any type of art ^.^

Andrew Loomis said it best, an artist who knows anatomy can easily spot an artist who doesn't and you either know it or you don't so why wouldn't you be the artist who does

Finally, tips I ACTUALLY NEED to know... (Especially 2. It's my habit to draw only with the wrist I don't notice so much that I thought it's what professional artists always do...)

(Other artists just copy off from the others, not actually figuring out the problems and solutions themselves...)

so on my digital tablet, when I draw with my arm, the pen slides around too much and I make a mess, is there any way to alleviate that?

This is very helpful, I've actually never heard of the draftsmanship exercises. Usually I get frustrated, angry, self loathing and black out, when I come to, my desk is on I've gone through 4 already. so I think I'm gonna try this now.

as a young artist, i struggle mainly with head shape and arms/connection from the body to arms.. i watch other people do it and it looks so simple. i can draw pretty good head shapes, but i draw them a lot differently from other people because others draw a bigger cheek and it honestly makes me question my own work. and side profiles are so frustrating! any tips?

How do you study drawing properly?
i wanna learn different art types like human, animals, machines, architectures, etc.
Mediums are also a thing with paint, watercolor, charcoals, etc.

Ok so I have a question. I have tremors in my hands, and if I don't rest my wrist on the paper or tablet, I can't really draw properly. How should I solve this?

Could you give me an advice on a problem I can't break? I want to improve my speed, I feel it takes me far too much time to finish a drawing, so could you give me a few advices to draw faster?
