Squat Tuck
Standing with both feet apart, lower by bending at the knees and hips, and use your arms to wind up. Throw your arms up and follow with jumping as high as possible. At the top of the exercise tuck your knees into your chest as high as possible. When you land make sure it is toe-to heel, and you land back into the position where you lowered yourself ready to jump again. Make sure you drive from your heels when you jump and do not let your knees pass your toes when bending down.
