Both my mum and me have beardies, and since she's disabled, a good gift I can give to her is offering to deep-clean her terrariums for her and/or bathe her lizards. Same with stocking up on insects/supplements that she might be low on. This could be a good gift for others as well....so long as you definitely know their cleaning routine and/or brands that they usually get!

Ok the timer thing for the lights was probably the best purchase I have made for my geckos. I have a very uneven schedule throughout the week and will sometimes leave before the sun comes up. I would highly recommend getting one!

Instead of timers, I switched over to smart plugs, so I can set the times using my phone, especially with daylight savings! There were a fair bit of REALLY CHEAP ones. Especially SONOFF smart plug!

If you have a lot more time to prepare, you can commission an artist to make a portrait of a friend's pet! They have a variety of price ranges depending on how much time goes into it making it. If it's digital, you can turn it into stickers, a framed print, mug, or one of the dozen other "your image here" print-on-demand items.

the temp gun is defo a must have, i have 2 corn snakes and its just so much easier using this around the vivarium. emily and Ed were my first subscription on youtube for reptile channels and me and my kids cant wait for next video x
