Vauxhall zafira ( no start, co communication ) faulty under bonnet body control module.

this car wouldn't start, or even crank, it had no communication to a few modules due to water damage causing corrosion in the under bonnet fuse box. thanks for watching.

The replacement (used) fuse box caused an immobiliser fault, to get around that, the circuit board that you see in this fuse box was put into the replacement fuse box. the car ran fine after that.

Replaced alot of those underhood electrical centres for green crusties when i was at vx, no one ever fitted the lids correctly in turn causing water ingress, nice video mate and nice handheld oscilloscope 👍

Im on a zafira now. No start and when crank not even a click. Only the relay for blower clicks in engine fuse box instead. Power to starter relay and starter cranks. So pulled front and back units plus ecm. Gonna fit second hand ecu lock set maybe.

Really great video ive had problems with them zamora fuse boxes the drain holes under skuttle panel were wiper blade motor is blocks up and water goes into the fusebox when have heavy rain

Good video Matt good content , I have same breakout box, those can lights on it only work when voltage is greater than 5v, I do remember a video where someone has modified it so the lights work at a smaller voltage and those fuse boxes are common, there not coded, nice one Matt
