Playing a $19,000 Guitar!

Do you think this guitar is worth 19K? Its a prs private stock hollowbody 2 Piezo- natural and smoked copper leaf accents made of two-piece spalted maple, while the top is also made of two-piece spalted maple with an african mahogany natural middle.

Honestly, it plays well, sounded great, and felt smooth... but 19K? nah.

I think if you buy a guitar like this, you buy it mainly as an art piece. It looks fantastic, but you could probably find a guitar that feels and sounds just as good at under $2000.

One you break the 2, 000-3, 000 mark there isn’t much quality difference

It's worth it to a person who truly appreciate the amazing work of art and the high quality materials used to build this masterpiece. PRS is incredible all around. My favorite guitar manufacturer. Paul is a blessing to the guitar world. I'll admit, PRS isn't for everyone. It's a lot of money, as I've spent thousands on multiple PRS guitars, but it's worth it in my eyes for the incredible, beautiful, buttery smooth instrument you get for your money.

My first thought was, "You pick up a $19, 000 guitar and your first thought is to play 'Party in the USA'?" Then my second thought was, "Thank you for saying it's not worth $19, 000." Lol.
