We know that the characters of My Hero Academia are very powerful especially All Might, and with the episode "One for All" we got to see a devastating attack from him named "The United States of smash". Looking at the destruction that was left after the attack we at Channel Frederator wanted to know how powerful is The United States of smash really is in this Cartoon Conspiracy.

I promise I'm done with My Hero Academia episodes (until the next one at least :P) But yeah, I was always curious just how massive the United States of Smash really was, so while this was a ton of work for someone who can barely count to 10, it was still fascinating to go through!

What's your all time favorite All Might moment? While I'm not sure if it even counts, mine is probably Deku's impression of him

To make a minor adjustment to the math, it could be argued that the force of the smash was enough to lift already uprooted buildings from the rubble and the ensuing smash-nado™ just picked them up.

The trouble with calculating the strength of both All Might and Deku is that the quirk (one for all) doesn't JUST give it's user super strength. It instead metabolises energy over time and then allows the user to release that stored energy as kinetic energy while also enhancing the muscles of the user. If you look at the animation of most of Deku's and All Might's full power punches, there is often (if not always) and considerable delay between the impact of the punch, and the shockwave of kinetic energy that follows it.

I am so appreciative of the math you put into this. It's satisfying to have an idea of how powerful that punch really was.

Favorite moment, man where do I begin... I love him in all forms, but my favorite moment has to be where he's just...a dad, to Izuku. Where he's proud of him for being able to rescue Katsuki without breaking the rules, for the most part. It's the first time I can remember him ever actually SAYING he was proud of his successor, instead of having to read it in his expression.

The hug sealed the deal.
