As much as I want to say Zoro, I have to say Adam. He died but he still kept defending his children refusing to stop until he physically couldn't move anymore. He died loving and defending his children

In my opinion I think Luffy had the best moment he was in a fight that he knew he had a clear disadvantage using a ability that drains your life force on the brink of death with someone who barely had to try against you
