I was in Jackson Hole snowboarding and was lucky enough to experience this, at the top of the mountain, and not too far from Yellowstone.

When I think back on that day now, it was one of the happiest in my memory. A beautiful day snowboarding with good friends on one of the best mountains in the world. It was special for sure

We have this same thing happen a few times each winter here in Minnesota. Enchanting and lovely, if you ignore how the air needs to be so cold that drawing a breath feels like being strangled for this wonder to occur.
