Making a Laser Cut Jigsaw Puzzle

In this video we'll show you how to make a custom laser cut wooden jigsaw puzzle using one of Cuttle's templates. You can select your own photo or artwork and the size of the puzzle. Then we'll walk you through the process of gluing the picture and setting everything up to cut on the laser cutter.

This is awesome! Thanks for sharing. I have a question, though: Why do you need to first cut out the frame? Can't you just glue the image on the plywood and then cut it all in one action?

The link to the transfer/masking tape specifies not to use with Laser Cutters. What is the correct masking tape to use for photographs ?

Did you apply the image before you sent the wood square to be laser cut into small jigsaw pieces
And do you have to mask it?
