ty so much for the last bit at the end about things to try if its not working! i was trying to fix my cloudbot for hours because SLOBS wasnt recognizing my in-app alert box for the chatbot (so it wasnt using my custom bot name). i watched your vid & launched the web browser one. Now it recognizes everything fine ^-^

Hey bud! I have a question. I created my bot account on streablabs OBS with my personal twitch account and I want to change it. Would you help me in that regard.?

Unfortunately, not getting this to work. If and when the bot writes something, it still says "streamlabs" even though the name has been properly changed, and both streamlabs and my bot were given mod privillages on my channel. Also, I do have my OBS open, and tried doing it with the launch button as you did there, but still not working. I am getting my alerts fine, but the bot is not calling them out in the chat box when I test it. Cheers :)

Do I have to have streamlabs ultra for the cloudbot to keep my bot account name? Because mine won't keep it and I can't afford ultra

Is there anyway to rename your bot without having Streamlabs Prime? I already simulcast with a different service, and just don't see the point in paying for the Prime version of Streamlabs🤷‍♂️
