These grow all over here in the desert of Arizona. It’s currently 110 F and I can’t remember when it rained last. They grow in full sun. Tough little plants. Yes the fruit is delicious.

make sure when you pick the fruit you are wearing gloves because the fruit's skin is covered with tiny thread like thrones and they are hard to take out if they are in your rub the fruit with some thick cloths to get rid of you can cook its leaf, they are edible too

They grow wild here in Croatia. Just one tip: make sure you wear gloves, because they‘re covered in very fine hairs and if you get them on your hands you‘ll feel them for weeks. Very uncomfortable and sometimes painful.
