It's one thing to foster your own first party studios and create new IP for your machine. It's quite another to buy already existing studios left and right to gatekeep their already existing IP from the competition, which is what Microsoft intended to do purchasing Bethesda and Activision. Glad to see they won't be able to do it after all.
