if I am overwhelmed by the fear of failure right before application to a PhD, is this a sign that I shouldn't go for such a program? You have easily gone over the fear of failure and my question is how to heal this weakness? Moreover, you didn't address the compatibility with the advisor, what was your advisor's atitude? How was your experience being guided by your advisor?

Hi, would you tell me/us your name? I enjoyed listening to you and wanted to Google your name to know more about you and your research carrier but I wasn't able to find your name. Thanks
