Binaural Morning Nature Walk (No speaking or music) (October 2020)

Headphones recommended for the best listening experience as a pair of in-ear binaural microphones were used to capture the sounds of walking in nature exactly as you would experience them.

Starting at dawn, I take a calm walk through the woodlands, stopping frequently to look around, and visiting the various parts of the nearby creek. In addition to the sounds of treading carefully with my hiking boots, you'll hear a variety of nature sounds such as falling leaves, a flowing creek, a variety of birds (crows, geese, starlings, etc.), and walking on gravel and sand.

I hope you enjoy and that it brings you some peace of mind and relaxation as much as it did for me, especially if you cannot get out in nature yourself for any number of reasons.

Please note that because of my hearing loss in one ear I no longer hear (or even enjoy) these recordings in stereo (which makes my audio production work challenging to say the least). Therefore it is possible that some portions of the audio may sound a little wonky and less than ideal.

Ahhh...even though I literally have the window open and can hear all these sounds from where I live, it's super relaxing to hear them without any road noise/people talking. I'm not the most outdoorsy person, but nature is the only thing keeping me same through all my online university classes this semester.
