My ADHD has had me rearranging every room in my house today, now it's 11pm & I've just realised I haven't eaten since about 12noon & now I'm sat waiting for the air fryer to cook a bowl of chips, as I didn't defrost anything for my dinner, that's how I've stumbled across this gem ...
